Ticketing and Admission:
2.1. Admission fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2.2. Guests must present a valid ticket or pass for entry.
2.3. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.

Safety Guidelines:
3.1. All visitors must comply with safety instructions provided by lifeguards and staff.
3.2. Proper swim attire must be worn at all times.
3.3. Running, diving in shallow areas, or any other behavior deemed hazardous is strictly prohibited.
3.4. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.

Personal Belongings:
4.1. Shivtirth Water Park and Picnic Spot are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.
4.2. Lockers are available for rent; it is recommended to store valuables securely.

Food and Beverages:
5.1. Outside food and beverages are not permitted within the premises.
5.2. Food and beverages are available for purchase within the park.
5.3. Picnic areas are designated for consuming food brought from home.

Health and Hygiene:
6.1. Guests with contagious illnesses or infections are not permitted entry.
6.2. Proper hygiene, including showering before entering pools, is required.
6.3. Smoking is strictly prohibited except in designated areas.

Attractions and Facilities:
7.1. Some attractions may have height or weight restrictions.
7.2. Guests with medical conditions or pregnant women should consult a physician before using certain attractions.
7.3. Access to certain facilities or attractions may be limited or temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or safety concerns.

Photography and Videography:
8.1. Photography and videography for personal use are permitted.
8.2. Commercial photography or filming requires prior approval from management.
8.3. Guests must respect the privacy and consent of others when taking photographs.

Pets:
9.1. Pets are not allowed within the park premises except for service animals.

Liability:
10.1. Shivtirth Water Park and Picnic Spot are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages sustained on the premises.
10.2. Visitors assume all risks associated with their participation in activities within the park.

Management’s Authority:
11.1. Management reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
11.2. Decisions made by management regarding the interpretation or enforcement of these terms and conditions are final.

By entering Shivtirth Water Park and Picnic Spot, visitors agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in expulsion from the premises without refund.
