Welcome to Shivtirth-Water Park

To ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience, we kindly ask all guests to adhere to the following rules and regulations:

1. Supervision: Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult (18 years or older) at all times within the park premises.
2. Attire: Proper swim attire must be worn at all times. Street clothes, including jeans and pants with buttons, are not permitted on water slides or attractions.
3. Health & Safety: Guests with contagious diseases, open sores, or bandages are not permitted in the pools or attractions. If you have any health concerns, please consult with park staff before entering.
4. Height Restrictions: Some attractions have height and weight restrictions for safety reasons. Please check posted signs or inquire with staff for specific requirements.
5. Diving: Diving is only permitted in designated areas. Please do not dive into shallow water or off of slides.
6. Food & Beverage: Outside food and beverage are not allowed in the park. However, we have a variety of dining options available for your convenience.
7. Alcohol & Drugs: The consumption of alcohol or drugs that impair judgment is strictly prohibited within the park premises.
8. Queue Etiquette: Please respect others in line and refrain from cutting or saving spots. Line jumping may result in removal from the park without refund.
9. Personal Belongings: Lockers are available for rent to secure your personal belongings. The park is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
10. Photography & Video: Photography and videography are permitted for personal use only. Commercial or professional equipment is not allowed without prior authorization from park management.
11. Inclement Weather: In the event of lightning or severe weather, some attractions may be temporarily closed for safety reasons. Please follow instructions from park staff during such situations.
12. First Aid: If you require first aid assistance, please notify the nearest staff member immediately.
13. Entry is restricted to one person per ticket, which is valid only for a specified date and time.
14. Operational timings of waterpark is from 9:00 Am to 6:00 PM .
15. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
16. All items are subject to security check at the point of entry.
17. Do not use foul language or engage in unsafe or offensive behaviour. Show common courtesy to fellow park guests and to service staff.
18. Always wear Polyester or Nylon costumes (t-shirts, shorts, Bermudas, three-fourths, or swimsuits) while enjoying the water rides.
19. Dresses like sarees, churidars/salwars, dupatta, formal pants, shirts, burkhas/pardas, school uniforms, denims (jeans and three-fourth jeans), cargos and indecent attires are not permitted inside the water park.
20. Do not wear scarfs or shawls while enjoying rides to ensure the safety of all the visitors at park.
21. Guests are advised to follow safety instructions as displayed on the board. Management will not be responsible for any injury/accident caused due to negligence of Guests.
22. Do not dive into pools as the pools are shallow.
23. Pregnant Women, heart patients and those prone to epilepsy are advised to avoid fast/adventurous rides.
24. Parents are advised to pay special attention to their Children.
25. Guests below stipulated height and guests above certain weights are not permitted in few rides for safety purpose.
26. The management reserves the right to close any ride at any time for safety/technical reasons without prior notice.
27. Smoking is prohibited in the common areas of the park.
28. Pet animals are not allowed inside the park.
