If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a service you purchased from us, we invite you to review our policy on cancellations and refunds. The following terms are applicable for any services that you purchased with us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to SHIVTIRTH ASSOCIATES PRIVATE LIMITED, Umri (Dam) Saoner, Nagpur.
  • Service refers to the offerings provided by the Company, including but not limited to consultation, project development, or any digital or physical services rendered.
  • Order means a request by you to purchase Services from us.
  • Website refers to Shivtirth Park, accessible from https://shivtirth.com.
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Conditions for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

  • The service was purchased in the last 7 days.

When you cancel a booking and are entitled to a refund, the refund is initiated right away. The process takes between 2-4 Weeks until the whole amount is reflected in your account or your credit card statement, depending on the billing cycle of your credit card and processing time of the bank.

The refund amount depends on numerous factors such as the park’s cancellation policy, time of cancellation and processing fees.

In case of an unconfirmed reservation ,the whole token amount will be refunded. However, the process would still take a maximum of 2-4 Weeks for the entire amount to reflect in your accounts.
