Conditions for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

• The service was purchased in the last 7 days
• The service has not been rendered, started, or substantially customized

Only regular-priced services are eligible for refunds. Services offered under promotional pricing or time-bound discounts may not be eligible. This exclusion may not apply if prohibited by applicable law.
